This type of walls is ideal to create islands, peninsulas and all the elements that don&rsquo;t have to be matched to perimeter walls but inserted in the middle of the room. Click on Wall management and then choose one of the following three options to insert building walls:  <\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>press and hold pressed <strong>CTRL+W <\/strong>on the keyboard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cclick on the icon <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/arredocad.fra1.digitaloceanspaces.com\/storage\/app\/media\/blog\/tecnico-risponde\/Come%20creare%20un%20isola%20a%20centro%20stanza%20%2009-2024\/EN\/Icona_1.jpg\"> on the command bar on the right side.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>click on <strong>Walls &gt;<strong> <\/strong><\/strong>and on the drop-down menu on <strong>Wall management<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Click on <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/arredocad.fra1.digitaloceanspaces.com\/storage\/app\/media\/blog\/tecnico-risponde\/Come%20creare%20un%20isola%20a%20centro%20stanza%20%2009-2024\/EN\/Par.jpg\"><\/strong> that you can find on the command bar on the left side, select Building Walls and set the height of the wall <strong>(fig. 1)<\/strong>.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/arredocad.fra1.digitaloceanspaces.com\/storage\/app\/media\/blog\/tecnico-risponde\/Come%20creare%20un%20isola%20a%20centro%20stanza%20%2009-2024\/EN\/1.jpg\" alt=\"=\"><strong>(fig.1)<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then select the <strong>Two-sided wall option<\/strong> that allows inserting elements on both sides of the Building wall <strong>(fig. 2)<\/strong>.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/arredocad.fra1.digitaloceanspaces.com\/storage\/app\/media\/blog\/tecnico-risponde\/Come%20creare%20un%20isola%20a%20centro%20stanza%20%2009-2024\/IT\/2.jpg\" alt=\"1\"><strong>(fig.2)<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>To draw a Bulding wall click on a starting point<\/strong> in the working space, move the mouse to set the direction and use the keyboard to insert the height in millimeter<strong> (fig. 3)<\/strong>.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>This option<\/strong> allows selecting one of the two wall sides according to the side you would like to visualize in the front view and to which you would like to match elements. To select one of the two sides click on Working wall <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/arredocad.fra1.digitaloceanspaces.com\/storage\/app\/media\/blog\/tecnico-risponde\/Come%20creare%20un%20isola%20a%20centro%20stanza%20%2009-2024\/EN\/Parete_lavoro.jpg\"> and then on two-sided wall. Two arrows will appear (fig. 4).  <\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/arredocad.fra1.digitaloceanspaces.com\/storage\/app\/media\/blog\/tecnico-risponde\/Come%20creare%20un%20isola%20a%20centro%20stanza%20%2009-2024\/IT\/3.jpg\" alt=\"\"><strong>(fig.3)<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Click on one of the two arrows according to the side you would like to select and to which you would like to match elements <strong>(fig. 4)<\/strong>.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/arredocad.fra1.digitaloceanspaces.com\/storage\/app\/media\/blog\/tecnico-risponde\/Come%20creare%20un%20isola%20a%20centro%20stanza%20%2009-2024\/IT\/4.jpg\" alt=\"\"><strong>(fig.4)<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By clicking on the command Front view <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/arredocad.fra1.digitaloceanspaces.com\/storage\/app\/media\/blog\/tecnico-risponde\/Come%20creare%20un%20isola%20a%20centro%20stanza%20%2009-2024\/EN\/Prosp.jpg\">, the commands Change wall side and Delete wall side will appear on the upper part of the working space<strong> (fig. 5)<\/strong>.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/arredocad.fra1.digitaloceanspaces.com\/storage\/app\/media\/blog\/tecnico-risponde\/Come%20creare%20un%20isola%20a%20centro%20stanza%20%2009-2024\/EN\/5.jpg\" alt=\"\"><strong>(fig.5)<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Change wall side allows changing directly the side visualized in front view <strong>(fig. 6)<\/strong>. This means that you don&rsquo;t have to visualize the wall in plan view again and select the command Working wall <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/arredocad.fra1.digitaloceanspaces.com\/storage\/app\/media\/blog\/tecnico-risponde\/Come%20creare%20un%20isola%20a%20centro%20stanza%20%2009-2024\/EN\/Parete_lavoro.jpg\">.
