After a long wait and a beta test period, the new version of the software, ArredoCAD Designer 2025, which Dinamica Software’s programmers have been working on since last summer, is ready to be downloaded. A great update as usual, that cannot be missed and that, for the first time, contains 5 new international partners, a completely restyled function to search elements and many new automatisms and dedicated configurators to insert elements for an increasingly faster design and in line with the latest market trends. Let’s see the main new features.
ArredoCAD revolutionizes how to search elements in the 3D libraries
If the now vast modular libraries of ArredoCAD are undoubtedly one of its strengths, enriched by thousands of complements of prestigious brands, for the same reason sometimes it could not be easy to find the necessary element for your project, especially with regard to furnishing accesso-ries.
That’s why the brand new Search Element feature will soon become a must-have for ArredoCAD users. The search can be carried out according to pre-set categories of complements or by entering keywords. What is really new in this feature is that the research occurs within the whole database of ArredoCAD, including all the products of the Partners not yet downloaded.
The display of elements is much more immediate and results can be easily filtered according to the manufacturer. If you wish to include in the project an element of a Partner that has not been installed yet, you are directly taken to the dedicated page to download partners.
The new search function make it easier to find elements in the ArredoCAD libraries.
3D configurators and automatisms for architects and interior designers
Particularly numerous the very useful configurators that support users during the insertion of several elements, such as pitch roofs (with the possibility to choose the pitch thickness as well as to choose among 21 types of roof cladding), shower plates and boxes (with the possibility to choose measures, installation and opening direction), linear parametric staircase, spiral and helical staircases (with the possibility to choose the number of stairs flights, direction, lighting, type of step and riser), doors (with the possibility to insert transom windows) and coffered ceiling (with the possibility to choose measures, types and colors). In the model “Kitchens with channel” the new option to eliminate milling for channel from the side panel has been added.
The new configurators of ArredoCAD make design easier and more precise
New Drag&Drop function, OBJ export and Live camera for D-Lux
The new features of ArredoCAD 2025 cover several program functionalities. A very convenient Drag&Drop function has been added to the Element Properties, to quickly change the colors and materials of an object or its components by dragging the selected texture directly into the 3D preview of the element or into the entries that make up the tree list of its components and subcomponents.
To ensure an increasingly more complete flow between the projects created with ArredoCAD and other software, from today they can also be exported in OBJ, 3D format that is added to the SKP already supplied (additional plugin to purchase separately).
As to the D-Lux rendering engine the new Live camera mode stands out with which it is possible to visualize the movements of the point of view inside the scene in the 3D window and in the D-Lux window at the same time.
In ArredoCAD 2025 there are new options to render and new tools for an advanced project visualization.
The elements library of ArredoCAD 2025: new international trends
More than 500 new elements that further enrich the libraries of ArredoCAD 2025. Among these, those with sinuous and modern lines of international partners – for the first time – such as Bla Station (Sweden, 20 models of modular sofas, seats and design items), David Trubridge (New Zealand, 108 eco-friendly wooden pendants), Francesca Mȕller (Germany-Italy, 33 carpets and 25 wallpapers), Tokio (Slovenia, 10 pendants) and Zero (Sweden, 46 lamps).
Moreover, 100 accessories for bathroom and kitchen, staircases and different types of balustrades have been added (with horizontal wires, with horizontal bars, metal balustrades, balustrades to ceiling, wooden balustrades), as well as 24 armoured doors, 23 curtains, 4 pull-down beds, more than 50 elements to hold TV and 25 cladding for wall plaster.
